You can view TikTok posts that are unavailable due to age protection by turning off the restricted mode on your account.
The following tutorial will show you how to disable the restricted mode on TikTok.
Step1: Open the TikTok app on your iPhone or Android device and tap the profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
Step2: On your profile page, hit the three stacked lines in the top-right corner.
Step3: Choose Settings and privacy.
Step4: Tap Digital Wellbeing under the CONTENT & ACTIVITY header.
Step5: Tap Restricted Mode, then select “Turn off Restricted mode.” A prompt will appear on the screen asking for the passcode to disable the restriction mode on TikTok. You have to enter a passcode when activating the restricted mode on TikTok.
You need to enter the same passcode to turn off the restricted mode that you used to turn it on in the first place. Otherwise, you cannot disable the restriction mode on TikTok. Your parents may have the passcode if you are a teenager. You can ask your parents to tell you the passcode if you are sure that the post you want to see is safe.
The restriction mode will lift from TikTok as soon as you enter the passcode. Afterward, you would be able to explore TikTok without any restrictions whatsoever.
