How to View Watch History on TikTok
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the TikTok app before following the below steps. As the watch history feature is new, you might not be able to use it on older app versions. You can update the TikTok app using the App Store (for iPhone) or Google Play Store (for Android).
Step1: Launch the TikTok app on your mobile device and tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right of the app screen.
Step2: On your profile page, tap the three-lined menu in the top-right corner of the screen.
Step3: Tap the Settings and privacy option.
Step4: Select the Watch history option under the Content & Activity section.
You will see a list of all the TikTok videos you saw in the last seven days. It is worth noting that your watch history does not show you the videos you saw more than seven days ago.
Watch History Missing?
There is a chance that the watch history feature will not appear on your app even if you are using the latest version. That is because the watch History feature on TikTok is very recent. It might take some time before it becomes available for all TikTok users.
You can do little about it besides waiting for the watch history feature to roll out globally. Until the watch history feature gets a worldwide release, you can try other ways to mark the TikTok videos you want to watch later.
You can either like the videos you want to watch later or add them to your favorites. Liking a TikTik video will save it in the like collection on your profile, which you can access later. Similarly, you can later access all the videos you have added to your favorites on TikTok.
